放射免疫测定奶中孕酮来诊断奶牛早期妊娠,目前国内外的方法都是送奶汁样品到实验室分析测定其孕酮含量。由于我国奶牛饲养比较分散,这给采样、样品保存都带来困难。本文研制了以特定滤纸为载体,把牛奶液体样品转变成牛奶固体干燥样品,这种样品可以在常温下塑料袋中保存,用信封邮寄实验室。并应用牛奶干燥样品的放射免疫分析法测定牛奶中孕酮,实现奶牛早期妊娠通讯奶样的放射免疫诊断。
Radioimmunoassay of progesterone in milk to diagnose early pregnancy in dairy cows, the current method at home and abroad are to send milk samples to the laboratory analysis of its progesterone content. Due to the relatively decentralized feeding of dairy cows in our country, this has brought difficulties in sampling and sample preservation. This paper developed a filter paper as a carrier, the liquid milk sample into a solid sample of milk dry, this sample can be stored in plastic bags at room temperature, the mail envelope laboratory. And the determination of progesterone in milk by radioimmunoassay of dried samples of milk to realize the radioimmunity diagnosis of early pregnancy communication milk samples in dairy cows.
