从2014年9月开始,为充分发挥各学科骨干教师和名师的“传、帮、带”作用,我校开展了“师徒结对帮扶”活动。在这次帮扶活动中,学校让我和徐家亮、字向东、杨平香三位同伴并肩齐行,共同学习,共同成长。接到任务后,我根据学校的实施方案拟出了“师徒结对帮扶”活动措施,并要求三位教师相继拟出了个人成长规划。在学校的监督和管理下,我们先后开展了一些帮扶活动。在活动中,最让我欣喜的是,我们的三位教师不但能按
