我院由1958年10月在内科、药房及检验室的相互协作下,开展了对黄连素的提制、制菌作用以及经气管滴入治疗肺结核空洞的临床观察等研究工作。现将资料完整的22例的初步临床观察报告于后,供同道们参考,并希予以指正。治疗方法一、黄连素的提制: 1.将黄连素(或黄柏)捣碎加0.5％醋酸水溶液(或用45％酒精)浸渍24小时; 2.将浸渍物过滤,滤液内加入硫酸,调节酸硷度至1,冷却后产生黄色针状结晶; 3.过滤后取出结晶物用热水进行重结晶反复
