用玉米核心种质黄C和78599选系组配成基础材料,F1代与中熟先锋种质M3-11为原始材料,连续自交7代,育成高产、中晚熟、抗病性强、综合农艺性状好、高配合力的玉米自交系T14-3B。T14-3B是独立于4大类群的新种质,且与4大类群均有较高的杂种优势;用其组配的杂交种高产、中晚熟、适应性广、抗逆性强。T14-3B已成为山西玉米育种中重要的中晚熟种质资源之一。
The core materials of corn C and 78599 were selected as the basic materials, and the F1 generation and middle-aged pioneer germplasm M3-11 were used as raw materials for 7 generations in succession, which were bred high yield, middle-late maturity and strong disease resistance. Maize Inbred Line T14-3B with Good Agronomic Traits and High Combining Ability. T14-3B was a new germplasm independent of the four major groups, and had higher heterosis with the four major groups. The hybrids with high yield, middle-late maturity, wide adaptability and strong resistance were used as the hybrids. T14-3B has become one of the important late-maturing germplasm resources in Shanxi maize breeding.
