分析了X20CrMoV121+10CrMog10异种钢焊接接头存在淬硬性和冷裂倾向,在长期高温作用下还存在碳迁移和热影响区软化等问题,论述了防止冷裂纹和克服、减少碳迁移以及减少软化层深度的途径,从而确定了焊接的主要控制点及正确的焊接工艺措施。
The tendency of hardenability and cold cracking of X20CrMoV121 + 10CrMog10 dissimilar steel welded joint is analyzed. Under the action of long-term high temperature, there are some problems such as carbon migration and heat-affected zone softening. The ways to prevent cold cracks and to overcome and reduce carbon migration and to reduce the depth of softened layer , So as to determine the main welding control point and the correct welding process.
