目的考察一种中药空气消毒剂中香薷、桂枝、荆芥和连翘挥发油的体外抑菌作用。方法采用滤纸片法观察挥发油对大肠埃希菌、金黄色葡萄球菌、枯草芽孢杆菌的抑菌圈直径;采用试管二倍稀释法结合平板划线法测定4种挥发油对3种细菌的最小抑菌浓度(MIC)和最小杀菌浓度(MBC)。结果 4种挥发油对3种细菌具有一定程度的抑制作用,尤以香薷和桂枝挥发油对大肠埃希菌、金黄色葡萄球菌、枯草芽孢杆菌抑制作用较强,其MIC和MBC值相同,香薷挥发油对3种细菌的MIC分别为0.625μL·m L~(-1)、0.156μL·m L~(-1)、0.156μL·m L~(-1),桂枝挥发油对3种细菌的MIC分别为0.312μL·m L~(-1)、0.312μL·m L~(-1)和0.156μL·m L~(-1)。结论 4种中药挥发油中香薷和桂枝挥发油的抑菌活性较为显著。
Objective To investigate the antibacterial activity of a volatile oil from Chinese clove, cassia twig, Nepeta and Forsythia suspensa in a traditional Chinese medicine air disinfectant. Methods The diameter of inhibition zone of volatile oil against Escherichia coli, Staphylococcus aureus and Bacillus subtilis was observed with filter paper method. The minimal inhibitory concentrations (MICs) of four volatile oils on three kinds of bacteria were determined by two-fold dilution of test tube and flat- Concentration (MIC) and minimum bactericidal concentration (MBC). Results Four kinds of essential oils had certain inhibitory effect on three kinds of bacteria, especially the volatile oil of Escherichia coli, Staphylococcus aureus and Bacillus subtilis. The MIC and MBC values were the same. The MIC of the three kinds of bacteria were 0.625μL · m L -1, 0.156μL · m L -1 and 0.156μL · m L -1, Respectively, 0.312μL · m L -1, 0.312μL · m L -1 and 0.156μL · m L -1. Conclusions The antibacterial activity of the volatile oil from two kinds of Chinese traditional medicine volatile oil is more significant.
