目的评价分析柱前衍生-高效液相色谱-荧光检测器在罐头食品残留尿素测定中应用的效果。方法处理试验样品,同时采用9-脲基呫吨柱前衍生试剂在高效液相色谱-荧光检测器下进行测定。结果不同尿素浓度在0.5~10.0 mg/L之间具有非常好的线性关系,同时方法检出限值为0.5 mg/kg、定量限为1.0 mg/kg;方法回收率80.2%~109.5%,RSD2.05%~6.52%。结论柱前衍生-高效液相色谱-荧光检测法在罐头食品尿素测定中应用,不仅具有非常高的灵敏度和回收率,同时还能有效满足罐头食品中尿素物质残留的检测要求,应用效果显著。
Objective To evaluate the effect of pre-column derivatization-high performance liquid chromatography-fluorescence detector on determination of residual urea in canned food. Methods The test samples were treated with 9-ureido xanthene pre-column derivatization reagent under high performance liquid chromatography-fluorescence detector. Results The results showed that there was a very good linear relationship between the concentration of urea and 0.5 ~ 10.0 mg / L, the limit of detection was 0.5 mg / kg, the limit of quantification was 1.0 mg / kg, the recovery was 80.2% ~ 109.5%, RSD2 .05% ~ 6.52%. Conclusion The application of pre-column derivatization-HPLC-fluorescence detection in the determination of canned food urea not only has very high sensitivity and recovery rate, but also can effectively meet the detection requirements of urea residues in canned food. The application effect is remarkable.
