本实验以家兔耳静脉注射大肠杆菌内毒素复制发热模型,将致热家兔分为施灸组和对照组,施灸组致热后立即在大椎穴施以艾炷灸,对照组置艾炷不点燃,观察两组家兔5小时内发热效应。结果表明,艾炷灸对大肠杆菌内毒素感染性发热家兔有明显退热作用。比较两组家兔球结膜微循环,提示艾炷灸能明显改善大肠杆菌内毒素感染性发热家兔的微循环。此外,实验中观察到艾炷灸对正常家兔体温无明显影响。
In this experiment, febrile rabbits were injected with E. coli endotoxin to replicate febrile models. The rabbits were divided into moxibustion group and control group. The moxibustion group was immediately given a moxibustion moxibustion at Dazhui, and the control group was placed at the same time. Ignite and observe the fever effect within 5 hours in both groups of rabbits. The results showed that Aizhi moxibustion had a significant antipyretic effect on E. coli endotoxin-infected fever rabbits. The microcirculation of the conjunctiva of the two groups of rabbits was compared, suggesting that Aifu moxibustion can significantly improve the microcirculation of E. coli endotoxin-infected febrile rabbits. In addition, it was observed in the experiment that Aifu moxibustion had no significant effect on body temperature in normal rabbits.
