目的:建立蓝莓花色苷提取物高效液相色谱指纹图谱,为其质量控制和科学评价提供依据。方法:采用Diamonsil C18色谱柱(4.6 mm×250 mm,5μm),流动相乙腈(A)-10%甲酸水(B)进行梯度洗脱,柱温25℃,流速1.0 m L·min-1,检测波长520 nm。结果:建立了蓝莓花色苷提取物的指纹图谱,确定13个共有峰,指认了其中7个共有峰,10批样品相似度均>0.92。结论:该方法的精密度、重复性和稳定性良好,可用于蓝莓花色苷提取物及其相关产品的质量控制。
Objective: To establish HPLC fingerprint of anthocyanin extract of blueberry, providing basis for its quality control and scientific evaluation. METHODS: Diamonsil C18 column (4.6 mm × 250 mm, 5 μm) was used as the mobile phase. The mobile phase consisted of acetonitrile (A) -10% formic acid and water (B). The column temperature was 25 ℃ and the flow rate was 1.0 m L · min- Detection wavelength of 520 nm. Results: The fingerprint of blueberry anthocyanin extract was established, 13 common peaks were identified, 7 common peaks were identified, and the similarity of 10 batches of samples was> 0.92. Conclusion: The method has good precision, repeatability and stability and can be used for the quality control of blueberry anthocyanin extract and its related products.
