目的探讨饮食管理和健康指导对血液透析患者治疗和康复的影响。方法将2015年1月-2017年3月在该院行血液透析的患者40例分组为:对照组用常规饮食指导,观察组用饮食管理+健康指导;详细记录患者各项实验数据,并将所获相关数据作对比分析,探讨饮食管理和健康指导对血液透析患者治疗和康复的影响。结果饮食管理+健康指导(观察组)模式的血液透析治疗患者的临床效果优于单纯常规饮食指导(对照组)临床效果,患者临床症状改善情况优于对照组、生活质量优于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论血液透析治疗患者选择饮食管理+健康指导效果显著,可有效改善患者临床症状与生活质量,促使患者尽早恢复健康。
Objective To explore the effects of dietary management and health guidance on the treatment and rehabilitation of hemodialysis patients. Methods From January 2015 to March 2017, 40 patients undergoing hemodialysis in this hospital were divided into control group with routine dietary guidance and observation group with dietary management and health guidance. The patients’ experimental data were recorded in detail and Relevant data obtained for comparative analysis of diet management and health guidance on hemodialysis patients with treatment and rehabilitation. Results The clinical effect of hemodialysis patients treated with diet management + health guidance (observation group) model was better than that of the conventional dietary guidance (control group). The improvement of clinical symptoms was better than that of the control group and the quality of life was better than that of the control group There was statistical significance (P <0.05). Conclusion Hemodialysis patients choose diet management + health guidance effect is significant, which can effectively improve the patient’s clinical symptoms and quality of life, prompting the patient to recover as soon as possible.
