在国家的发展建设过程中,事业单位发挥了非常重要的作用,而其中劳资管理效率的高低又直接影响着事业单位本身的发展,因而可以说,劳资管理在一定程度上对国家建设的发展也有着影响。现阶段我国大多事业单位努力在人事劳资管理方面做出改革,并不断完善,本文正是基于这样的背景先简单分析我国事业单位在劳资管理方面存在的一些问题,据此提出促进其管理工作有效开展的途径。
