大峪口白云质磷块岩含P_2O_57.70%,MgO 4.4%及酸不溶物30.9%,矿物嵌布细,属难选矿石。扩大试验采用正反浮选,磨矿细度-200目90%时,可获得含P_2O_5 34.2%、MgO 0.7%的精矿,回收率85.0%。正浮选在碱性介质中进行,粗选作业可排除26.6%MgO,精选作业排除47.6%MgO,正浮选作业回收率88.9%。反浮选在酸性介质中进行,可有效浮起受有机碳污染的细粒白云石,作业回收率95.6%,19.3%MgO在本作业进一步排出。 与直接浮选相比,正反浮选流程的精矿不但MgO含量大大降低,其脱水性能也改善了,沉降速度为6.5mm/s,过滤机生产能力为16.6t/m~2·d,比直接浮选分别提高2倍和1.4倍。
