本文报告了哈尔滨市231名13～14岁儿童的身高甲状腺体积指数与尿碘水平。结果表明,身高甲状腺体积指数显著高于对照组,尿碘水平显著低于对照组(P<0.01)。认为哈尔滨市13～14岁儿童体内的碘摄入量相对不足,最好采取适当的补碘措施。
This article reports the height thyroid volume index and urine iodine level of 231 children aged 13 to 14 in Harbin. The results showed that the height thyroid volume index was significantly higher than the control group, urinary iodine levels were significantly lower than the control group (P <0.01). It is considered that iodine intake in children aged 13-14 in Harbin is relatively inadequate and it is advisable to take adequate iodine supplement measures.
