目的建立血清中甘氟的气相色谱-质谱检测方法。方法用乙酸乙酯萃取血清中甘氟,50℃氮吹浓缩后,气质联用仪直接测定,采用EI源选择离子模式(SIM)检测,基质标准外标法定量。结果甘氟Ⅰ在2μg/L~200μg/L,甘氟Ⅱ在1μg/L~100μg/L范围内线性良好,检出限分别为0.6μg/L与0.3μg/L,定量限分别为2.0μg/L与1.0μg/L。甘氟Ⅰ的回收率在91.3%~104.4%之间,RSD(n=6)为4.7%~9.7%;甘氟Ⅱ的回收率在90.7%~105.1%之间,RSD(n=6)为2.6%~7.2%。结论方法操作简便、准确,灵敏度高,适于甘氟中毒病人的快速诊断检测。
Objective To establish a gas chromatography-mass spectrometry method for the determination of glycofurol in serum. Methods Glyphosate was extracted from serum with ethyl acetate and concentrated by nitrogen at 50 ℃. The mass spectrometry was used to determine the content of glycofurol directly. The EI source selective ion mode (SIM) Results The linear range was 2μg / L ~ 200μg / L for Ganfloxacin and 1μg / L ~ 100μg / L for Ganflun Ⅱ, with the detection limits of 0.6μg / L and 0.3μg / L respectively. The limits of quantification were 2.0μg / / L and 1.0 μg / L. The recoveries of Ganfloxacin I ranged from 91.3% to 104.4%, RSD (n = 6) ranged from 4.7% to 9.7%, and the recoveries of Ganfloxacin ranged from 90.7% to 105.1% 2.6% ~ 7.2%. Conclusion The method is simple, accurate and sensitive. It is suitable for the rapid diagnosis and detection of Gan fluorosis patients.
