卢志民是吉林省四平红嘴集团总公司总裁,他所领导的红嘴集团,原是一个吃粮靠返销、花钱靠贷款、生活靠救济的贫困生产小队,每年人均收入只有38元。1978年,他出任生产队长,靠100元起家;1994年组建红嘴集团,人均收入4500元,老人有养老金.职工有社会保险、子女免费入托、入学.水、电、气均免费供应。卢先生的营运策略是:组建大集团、培育大公司、主攻大项目、进军大市场。“八五”期间,他共投入5亿元建成了年产30万吨啤酒厂、30万吨炼钢厂、30万吨轧钢厂和10万吨饮料厂,产值高达7.3亿元人民币。下文是卢志民赴港接受“紫荆花杯”中国杰出企业家成就奖后写成的。
Lu Zhimin is the president of Jilin Province Siping Hongzui Group Corporation. The red mouth group he heads is a poverty-stricken production team that eats grain and sells back, spends money on loans, and lives depends on relief. The per capita income is only 38 yuan per year. In 1978, he took up the production team leader, starting from 100 yuan; in 1994 the formation of the red beetle group, per capita income of 4,500 yuan, the elderly have pensions. Workers have social insurance, children free admission, admission. Water, electricity, gas are free of charge. Mr. Lu’s operating strategy is to form large groups, cultivate large companies, attack major projects, and enter the big market. During the “Eighth Five-Year Plan” period, he invested a total of 500 million yuan to build an annual output of 300,000 tons of breweries, 300,000 tons of steel-making plants, 300,000 tons of rolling mills and 100,000 tons of beverage plants, with an output value of 730 million yuan.
