随着信息网络的迅速发展,借助多媒体技术、信息网络与知识管理工具,建设具有地方特色的特色文献是图书馆发展的必然趋势。本文通过对新背景下师范院校图书馆特色文献建设情况进行调查,叙述了地方院校图书馆在建设特色文献时,应充分利用当地的地域优势,重视图书馆传统领域特色的建设,注重图书馆专业和学科特色的建设,利用信息网络技术,提供网络服务,展开多种载体的特色文献资源体系建设,从而将地域以及当地院校的特色资源推向社会,服务社会。
With the rapid development of information network, with the development of multi-media technology, information network and knowledge management tools, it is an inevitable trend for libraries to develop characteristic documents with local characteristics. By investigating the construction of characteristic documents of normal university libraries under the new background, this paper describes that local academic libraries should make full use of the local advantages in the construction of characteristic documents, attach importance to the construction of traditional characteristics of libraries, The construction of specialties and disciplines of museums, the use of information network technology, the provision of network services and the development of a system of characteristic document resources of various carriers so as to push the special resources of regions and local institutions to the society and serve the society.
