通过分析邯钢西区2号高炉碱金属平衡数据,查明入炉原料中烧结矿和焦炭是高炉碱金属的主要来源,该高炉的碱负荷为3.88kg/t。适当改变燃料结构,提高煤比,降低焦比,可以有效地降低碱金属负荷。降低炉温和炉渣碱度,增大渣量,有利于炉渣的排碱。严格控制矿石、焦炭、煤粉的碱金属带入量是减少碱金属危害的根本措施。
