从２００１年秋季我省开始在高一年级使用人教社新编《中国近代史》（必修）教科书，同时在高二年级中也开始使用同一版本的《世界近代史》（必修）教科书，同以往使用的旧教科书相比，新教科书无论是在体系结构、编写意图等方面都有了质的飞跃和变化，主要体现在以下三个方面
From the fall of 2001, our province began to use the newly-edited textbook “The History of Modern China” (required) in the first grade of senior high school. At the same time, the same version of the “World Modern History” (required) textbook was used in the second grade. Compared with the old textbooks used, the new textbooks have undergone a qualitative leap and change in terms of system structure and written intentions, which are mainly reflected in the following three aspects:
