基于我国阀门设计水平和生产工艺等研究工作存在的不足,对数字化虚拟仿真体系结构进行了研究。基于SolidWorks进行阀门自顶向下的数字化建模,并借助Actify软件实现模型信息展示,所设计的系统可让用户在计算机上了解阀门的结构特性、运动特性和动作特性,特别是设备的拆装与维修功能演示,对避免因人为失误导致的设备损坏具有非常重要的作用,为行业的发展提供了先进的科学技术支撑。
