职务犯罪是一种世界性“顽疾”,严重侵蚀社会健康肌体,极大破坏公共权力的正确行使.预防职务犯罪理论和实践表明,只有市民社会积极参与预防职务犯罪,与政治国家形成良性互动,才能有效治理.本文通过对人民群众参与预防职务犯罪现状分析,结合南京市检察机关构建预防职务犯罪人民防线的探索实践,提出检察机关推动构建预防职务犯罪人民防线构想,以期能有效调动人民群众开展预防职务犯罪的积极性、主动性和创造性,在促进“干部清正、政脐青廉、政治清明”方面发挥越来越大的作用.
