目的:探讨雾化吸入法选择性造影增强肺门纵隔反应性肿大淋巴结的磁共振影像变化。材料与方法:诱发兔子纵隔淋巴结肿大,使其雾化吸入磁共振造影剂M4125(36mgFe)30分钟,在造影前和后1天摄纵隔质子密度像和T2加权像,并取淋巴结作铁染色。结果:在造影1天后的T2加权像上,8只动物中有4只动物的纵隔淋巴结可见明显的信号下降,同时在组织学特殊染色中可见铁粒子存在。结论:本实验表明采用雾化吸入法造影增强肺门纵隔反应性或炎性肿大淋巴结以及鉴别其良恶性是可能的。
OBJECTIVE: To explore the changes of magnetic resonance imaging (MRA) by selective contrast enhanced nebulization in mediastinal lymph nodes of mediastinal hilar. MATERIALS AND METHODS: Rabbits with mediastinal lymphadenopathy were induced to nebulize inhalation magnetic resonance contrast agent M4125 (36 mg Fe) for 30 minutes. Mediastinal density images and T2 weighted images were taken before and 1 day after angiography, and lymph nodes were stained for iron staining . RESULTS: Significant signal loss was seen in the mediastinal lymph nodes of 4 of 8 animals on T2 weighted images one day after angiography, and the presence of iron particles was seen in histological staining. Conclusion: This experiment shows that the use of nebulization contrast enhanced hilar mediastinal inflammatory response or inflammatory lymph nodes and identify their benign and malignant is possible.
