随着农村普及小学五年教育事业的迅速发展,当前小学教师队伍的状况是年轻的多,教龄长的少;顶替的多,有教学经验的少;只能胜任低年级教学的多,能胜任高年级教学的少。为了提高教学质量,首先必须尽快提高青年教师的文化业务水平。下面,介绍我校的一些作法:一、组织教师在职进修。我们从实际出发,面对当前,着眼长远,针对青年教师的具体情况,提出了进修的不同要求。对于教学有困难的同志,要求结合教学,学习教材教法,先解决“无米之炊”;对于有
With the rapid development of five-year education in rural primary schools, the current situation of primary school teachers is young and long; the number of teachers is small; there are many substitutions and there are few teaching experiences; they are only qualified for teaching in the lower grades and are capable of doing the job.
