The expression of pre-B-cell antigen in acute myeloid leukemia (AML) cells is extremely rare, and only CD 19 (+) appears in only 2% of AML patients. This article reports a case of ANLL-M 2 in 8-year-old children whose leukemia cells do not express myeloid antigens (CD 116, C 13, CD 14 and CD 33) but express pre-B cell antigen CD_ (19).
