化疗引起的心脏毒性难以治愈,是导致肿瘤幸存者死亡的重要原因。早期诊断心脏毒性是获得治愈的关键,但是当前常规检测手段(如心脏超声)的早期诊断能力较差。脑钠肽在诊断心力衰竭方面有较好的灵敏度和特异性。本文综述近年来关于脑钠肽在早期诊断化疗相关心脏毒性方面的研究进展。
Chemotherapy-induced cardiotoxicity is difficult to cure, leading to the death of cancer survivors. Early diagnosis of cardiotoxicity is the key to achieving cure, but the current diagnostic tools (such as echocardiography) have poor early diagnosis. Brain natriuretic peptide in the diagnosis of heart failure has good sensitivity and specificity. This review summarizes recent advances in brain natriuretic peptide in the early diagnosis of chemotherapy-related cardiotoxicity.
