在当今社会中,网络技术高度发达,图书馆工作也逐渐趋于信息化、网络化,这个时候图书馆员所面临的工作任务会更加艰巨,提升馆员专业化程度成为了图书馆发展过程中的重点。而儿童特色服务,主要针对图书馆阅读对象中的儿童群体而言的,由于我国教育的普及性与教育的低龄化,因此图书馆所接待的阅读对象中儿童数量也在不断增多,为了满足儿童阅读上的需求,拓展图书馆服务范围,提升图书馆馆员专业化水平,提供儿童特色服务是图书馆未来发展道路上的必然之举,本文针对馆员的专业化与儿童特色服务进行几点分析研究。
