目的探讨上肢机器人联合强制性运动疗法(constraint-induced movement therapy,CIMT)对脑卒中偏瘫患者上肢功能的影响。方法选择2015年3月—2016年3月在治疗的脑卒中偏瘫患者60例,随机分为对照组31例和观察组29例,对照组采用CIMT,观察组在强制运动疗法基础上配合上肢机器人,分别于治疗前和治疗后2、4和6周时,对比两组治疗效果,数据采用SPSS19.0进行统计分析。结果治疗6周后,两组评分均较治疗前明显提高,且观察组优于对照组(P<0.05)。结论上肢机器人联合CIMT效果显著,能改善脑卒中偏瘫患者的上肢功能障碍的恢复,有效提高生活质量。
Objective To investigate the effect of upper limb robot’s constraint-induced movement therapy (CIMT) on the function of upper limbs in patients with hemiplegia after stroke. Methods Sixty patients with hemiplegia after stroke were selected from March 2015 to March 2016. They were randomly divided into control group (n = 31) and observation group (n = 29). The control group received CIMT. The patients in the observation group were treated with upper limbs robot , Respectively, before treatment and 2, 4 and 6 weeks after treatment, the two groups were compared. The data were analyzed by SPSS19.0. Results After 6 weeks of treatment, the scores of both groups were significantly higher than those before treatment, and the observation group was better than the control group (P <0.05). Conclusion The combination of upper limbs robot and CIMT has significant effect, which can improve the recovery of upper limb dysfunction in stroke patients with hemiplegia and improve the quality of life effectively.
