培养应用型本科高校“双师型”法学教师对提高法学教育的应用能力,加强法学教育与就业关联的程度有十分重要的意义。一种方法是从律师做起,后从事教师职业,另一种是先从教师做起,兼职律师职业,这两种方法都有优势,但也存在一定的问题。律师事务所和高校应给予一定的机制培养人才,鼓励教师兼职律师多参与实践,为愿意从事教学的律师提供工作机会,为培养“双师型”人才提供有利条件。
It is of great significance to cultivate the applied ability of applied law undergraduate college and double law teachers to improve the application of law education and to strengthen the correlation between law education and employment. One method is to start from a lawyer and then engage in a teacher occupation. The other is to start with a teacher and a part-time lawyer occupation. Both of these methods have advantages, but there are also some problems. Law firms and universities should provide some mechanism to train talents, encourage more part-time lawyers to participate in practice, provide job opportunities for lawyers who are willing to engage in teaching, and provide favorable conditions for the training of “double-qualification” talents.
