近十年来,我国蔬菜价格呈现明显上涨趋势。引进式技术进步发展模式下的我国生产力不平衡结构是造成蔬菜劳动力成本、土地成本、流通成本和生产资料成本上涨的深层次原因。这种不平衡的生产力结构决定了我国的蔬菜价格将在长期内呈现不断上升的态势。为了缓解蔬菜价格的长期上涨趋势,需要提高蔬菜的生产效率,加大蔬菜生产资料成本补贴,压缩流通环节链条和减少流通费用,并保证大城市附近的农业用地与蔬菜用地的比例。这一结论也适用于其他农产品。
In the past ten years, China’s vegetable prices showed a clear upward trend. The unbalanced structure of productive forces in our country under the mode of the advanced technology of imported technology is the deep-seated reason that causes the vegetable labor cost, the land cost, the circulation cost and the rising cost of the means of production. This unbalanced productivity structure determines that the price of vegetables in our country will continue to rise in the long run. In order to ease the long-term upward trend of vegetable prices, it is necessary to increase the vegetable production efficiency, increase the cost subsidies for vegetable production materials, compress the circulation links and reduce the circulation costs, and ensure the ratio of agricultural land to vegetable land near big cities. This conclusion also applies to other agricultural products.
