戴尔联合医疗卫生信息与管理系统协会的调查发现国内医疗信息化存在的薄弱环节戴尔提供切实可行的计划,帮助中小型医疗机构提高效率,并推动其数据中心为未来发展做好准备2010年1月8日,由戴尔联合医疗卫生信息与管理系统协会(Health Information Management Systems Society,简称HIMSS)在国内的调查显示,随着中国政府宣布在全民医疗和医疗卫生基础设施领域投入8500亿人民币来改善13亿人民的医疗水平,国内中型医院的信息化主管开始担心医院的IT基础设施并未做好相对应的准备,也无法满足随病人和数据信息日渐增加而产生的需求。
