[目的]探讨原发性食管小细胞癌(primary esophageal small cell carcinoma,PESC)和小细胞肺癌(small cell lung carcinoma,SCLC)凋亡生物学特性。[方法]采用免疫组织化学SP法检测survivin,caspase-3,bcl-2,mtp53在PESC和SCLC中的表达。[结果]PESC和SCLC中survivin,caspase-3,bcl-2,mtp534种蛋白的阳性分布无统计学差异(P>0.05)。在PESC和SCLC survivin阴性组中,caspase-3阳性表达率分别为72.41%和62.07%,均明显高于survivin阳性组(30.00%和25.00%,P<0.05)。在这两种小细胞癌中,survivin与caspase-3表达呈负相关;bcl-2与mtp53的表达呈正相关;bcl-2与caspase-3或survivin之间无相关性。[结论]食管小细胞癌和小细胞肺癌的抗凋亡通路存在诸多相同之处,survivin,bcl-2和mtp53均参与了两种小细胞癌的发生发展。
[Objective] To explore the biological characteristics of apoptosis of primary esophageal small cell carcinoma (PESC) and small cell lung carcinoma (SCLC). [Method] The expressions of survivin, caspase-3, bcl-2 and mtp53 in PESC and SCLC were detected by immunohistochemical SP method. [Results] The positive distribution of survivin, caspase-3, bcl-2 and mtp534 proteins in PESC and SCLC had no statistical difference (P> 0.05). The positive rate of caspase-3 in PESC and SCLC survivin negative group was 72.41% and 62.07% respectively, which were significantly higher than those in survivin positive group (30.00% and 25.00%, P <0.05). There was a negative correlation between the expression of survivin and caspase-3 in both small cell carcinomas, the positive correlation between bcl-2 and mtp53, and no correlation between bcl-2 and caspase-3 or survivin. [Conclusion] There are many similarities in the antiapoptotic pathways between ESCC and SCLC. Both survivin, bcl-2 and mtp53 are involved in the development of two small cell carcinomas.
