[目的]研究沼泽红假单胞菌对猪厂污水的生物净化作用。[方法]从猪场污水沟的活性底泥中分离具有高活性净水能力的光合细菌,并进行生化及分子鉴定,最后测试其对猪厂污水的净化能力。[结果]分离得到的菌株EM01经鉴定为沼泽红假单胞菌(Rhodopseudomonaspalustris),其对猪厂污水中COD、氨态氮和亚硝酸盐10 d的去除率分别达到42.5%、63.5%和54.3%。[结论]该菌株用于污染水体的净化是可行的,但能否大规模应用还需要进一步的污水塘试验研究。
[Objective] The research aimed to study the biological purifying effect of Rhodopseudomonas palustris on swine wastewater. [Method] Photosynthetic bacteria with high active water purification capacity were isolated from the activated sediment in the sewage ditch of pig farm and biochemically and molecularly identified. Finally, the purifying ability of the photosynthetic bacteria on the wastewater of the pig factory was tested. [Result] The isolated strain EM01 was identified as Rhodopseudomonas palustris. The removal rate of COD, ammonia nitrogen and nitrite reached 42.5%, 63.5% and 54.3 %. [Conclusion] The strain was feasible for the purification of polluted water, but further study on sewage ponds was needed for large-scale application.
