当前社会飞速发展,人们的生活水平也普遍提高,在这种情况下各种各样的企业开始如雨后春笋一般发展起来。对于企业来说,一个企业的发展主要依靠于其员工的工作情况,众所周知,我国当前的酒店业随着旅游业的发展开始处于一种繁荣发展的阶段,想要提高酒店的综合水平,就需要酒店管理者发掘合适的方法来激励下属员工的工作积极性,只有激发了他们的积极性,才能促使他们在自己的岗位上发挥出更大的作用、创造更多的利益。本文通过研究我国酒店业当前的市场行情,结合激励员工对于酒店发展的作用,得出酒店激励员工的意义和方法,希望对读者能够提供一些指导。
The rapid development of the current society, people’s living standards are generally improved, in which case a variety of businesses began to spring up generally developed. For enterprises, the development of an enterprise depends mainly on the work of its employees. As we all know, the current hotel industry in our country begins to be in a prosperous and developing stage with the development of tourism. If we want to improve the comprehensive level of hotels, we need Hotel managers to explore the appropriate ways to motivate the enthusiasm of subordinates employees, only by stimulating their enthusiasm, can promote them in their posts to play a greater role in creating more benefits. In this paper, through the study of the current market conditions of China’s hotel industry, combined with the role of motivating staff for the development of the hotel, this paper draws the meaning and methods of hotel motivation staff, hoping to provide some guidance to readers.
