目的:探寻不随意运动型脑瘫患儿头背屈头背屈的矫正方法。方法:对68例符合脑瘫诊断标准的患儿进行穴位注射、针灸、推拿及中药熏洗加现代康复的手法矫正治疗。结果:治疗2个大疗程后,68例中14例患儿头背曲症状消失,随意运动恢复,占20.6%;显效41例,占60.3%;好转11例,占16.2%;无效2例,占2.9%;总有效率97.1%。结论:综合康复治疗脑瘫患儿头背屈效果确切,值得借鉴推广。
Objective: To investigate the correction of dorsiflexion dorsiflexion in children with involuntary exercise-induced cerebral palsy. Methods: A total of 68 children with cerebral palsy diagnosed according to the criteria of acupoint injection, acupuncture and moxibustion, massage and traditional Chinese medicine fumigation and washing plus modern rehabilitation treatment.
