对退火Fe78Si9B13非晶合金部分晶化后的恒导磁特性进行了研究。结果表明,对于Fe78Si9B13非晶态铁基合金,随着退火温度的升高和退火时间的延长,晶化相逐渐增多。在适当温度经一定的时间退火后,初始磁导率和最大磁导率均逐渐减小,磁化曲线呈现出一定的线性关系,即合金呈现恒导磁特性。这种特性是由于表面晶化引起的体积收缩,给内部未晶化层施加了压应力,导致内部的磁畴横向排列,使合金产生恒导磁现象。
The permanent magnetic properties of the annealed Fe78Si9B13 amorphous alloy after partial crystallization were studied. The results show that for Fe78Si9B13 amorphous iron-based alloys, the crystallization phase increases with the increase of annealing temperature and annealing time. After annealing at a proper temperature for a certain time, the initial permeability and the maximum permeability gradually decrease, and the magnetization curve shows a certain linear relationship, that is, the alloy exhibits constant permeability. This property is due to surface crystallization caused by the volume contraction, the internal un-crystallized layer is subjected to compressive stress, resulting in the lateral magnetic domain alignment, so that the alloy produces permanent magnetism phenomenon.
