《住房和城乡建设部工程质量安全监管司2014年工作要点》明确指出2014年工程质量安全监管司工作的总体思路是以党的十八届三中全会和中央城镇化工作会议精神为指导,按照全国住房城乡建设工作会议部署,以深化改革为动力,以技术进步为支撑,以提升工程质量、实现安全发展为目标,完善制度建设,强化责任落实,加大监督执法检查和专项治理力度,促进全国工程质量安全水平稳步提升。
“Department of Housing and Urban-Rural Construction Quality Supervision and Administration Division in 2014 points” clearly pointed out that in 2014 the general idea of the work of engineering quality and safety supervision department is based on the spirit of the Third Plenary Session of the 18th CPC Central Committee and the work of the Central Committee as a guide, according to National Housing Urban and Rural Construction Work Conference deployment, with deepening reform as the driving force, with technological progress as the support, to enhance the quality of the project and achieve security development as the goal, improve the system construction, strengthen the implementation of responsibilities, increase supervision and law enforcement inspection and special treatment, and promote National project quality and safety improved steadily.
