大庆油建公司是从事油田产能建设的大型施工企业。自1988年在企业内部推行承包经营责任制以来,通过不断探索、实践和深化,已初步形成适合我公司实际的承包经营责任制,有效地促进了企业整体效益的提高。人均创利由承包前的600元左右跃升为3000元,全员劳动生产率由承包前的15000元上升到29000元,1989年公司晋升为国家二级企业,1990年又荣获了国家质量管理奖。我们在完善和深化企业内部承包经营责任制上的具体做法是:
Daqing Oil Construction Company is a large-scale construction company engaged in the construction of oilfield capacity.
