本文是四川德阳耐火材料厂按现代企业制度进行新体制试验一年多来的总结。德阳耐火材料厂主动与攀钢集团联姻,甘当配角,通过企业组织制度的科学比,使企业注入了生机与活力。同时,抓住企业内部经营机制的转换,采用划小核算单位,放开经营,精简机构,改革企业内部的人事、劳动、分配制度,形成了“上岗靠竞争、收入靠贡献”的激励机制。并采用多元化经营,不断进行资本扩张,扩大企业规模,将企业办社会的一块剥离出去等,都取得了极大的成效。
This article is a summary of the new system test conducted by the Sichuan Deyang Refractory Material Factory according to the modern enterprise system for over a year.
