我国沿海地区,因食海产品引起的嗜盐菌食物中毒并不少见。现将本地区因吃熟龙虾而发生的一次嗜盐菌食物中毒,简要报告如下: 一、流行病学调查某年11月15日晚上10时至11月16日晚上9时,本市三所医院曾先后有同样症状的“急性胃肠炎”患者多人求治。经调查,患者均是11月15日这天来湛旅客,途中在某县镇饭店进餐食过龙虾,同行者不食龙虾的不发病。此外,有5名家属吃了购回的熟龙虾,结果亦同样发病,故认为,这次食物中毒确与食龙虾有着很密切的关系。二、临床分析经调查,发病人数共55名,无一例死亡。
