为适应日常较多的金相试样镶嵌的需要,我们自制了一台自动镶嵌机(图1)。使用它的优点是省力,速度稍快一点,环境干净。本机主要的性能数据如下: 1.热电丝220V800w; 2.加热时间:初始工作需17分钟左右,持续工作每次3~4分钟; 3.顶杆升降速度:6.2mm/秒;4.加粉时间:1.5秒;5.水冷时间:50秒左右;6.吹风时间:4秒;7.镶样时间:初始工作每只18分钟左右,连续工作每只4~5分钟。操作过程是这样的:合上总电源,控温仪给出指示温度,于顶杆面上放上试样,按下降按钮,顶杆便自动下降,待胶木粉自动加好,放入上模即可。待试样镶好时会响铃报告。机械结构见图2。
