目的对早期(发病7d之内)康复治疗对脑梗塞患者脑血流量及脑功能所产生的影响进行分析。方法选择2014年1月—2017年2月期间该院收诊的80例脑梗塞患者,采用随机数表法分为康复组41例,对照组39例,治疗前后所有患者均应用~(133)Xe吸入法测量颅内血流量,应用数字脑电地形图仪检测脑电地形图。结果发现康复组经总有效率与对照组相比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);两组经治疗以后脑血流量都有显著优化,但康复组提升幅度显著优于对照组,神经功能缺如分值也是康复组变化显著;康复组脑电地形图改善率与对照组相比,均差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论对于脑梗塞患者治疗而言,康复训练的早期介入在推动个体脑血流量的恢复与脑功能完善进程方面具有一定实用性,值得推广与应用。
Objective To analyze the effect of early rehabilitation (within 7 days after onset) on cerebral blood flow and brain function in patients with cerebral infarction. Methods Eighty cerebral infarction patients admitted to our hospital from January 2014 to February 2017 were randomly divided into rehabilitation group (n = 41) and control group (n = 39). All patients were treated with ~ (133) before and after treatment. Xe inhalation method to measure intracranial blood flow, digital EEG topography map detection EEG. The results showed that the total effective rate of rehabilitation group compared with the control group, the difference was statistically significant (P <0.05); both groups after treatment, cerebral blood flow were significantly optimized, but the rehabilitation group was significantly better than the control group, nerve There was significant difference between the rehabilitation group and the functional absence score. The improvement rate of the EEG topography in the rehabilitation group was significantly different from the control group (P <0.05). Conclusion For the treatment of patients with cerebral infarction, early intervention of rehabilitation training has some practicality in promoting the recovery of cerebral blood flow and improving the brain function, which is worthy of popularization and application.
