汽车传动轴橡胶(塑)护套低温试验箱是为了测试橡胶护套在多种低温情况下的安全可靠性而研制的。低温试验箱的库房内容积为1 900 m m ×1 200 m m ×2350 m m , 箱内装有传动轴测试装置, 质量为1 000 kg 左右。它可同时测试四套传动轴试件。箱内温度要求在较小时间内降至- 45℃, 并能达到- 50℃的温度, 并且距试件150 m m 空间处的温度波动度不大于±1 K。为了获得- 50℃的低温, 低温试验箱采用了一级节流中间不完全冷却的两级压缩制冷循环系统。试验表明在设定工况下, 整个系统完全达到设计要求。
