沙苑子为常用中药,始载于《本草图经》。来源于豆科植物扁茎黄芪Astragalus complanatus R.Brown的干燥种子,具有温补肝肾,固精缩尿,明目等功效。近年来,我们在药品质量检验中发现有茄科植物紫花曼陀罗D.tatula,L.及甘青赛莨菪Anisodustanguticus(Maxim)Pasher的干燥种子混充与沙苑子中使用。为了保证用药安全有效,澄清药材品种,现将沙苑子与两种伪品的生药性状比较如下,以供同行参考。 1 沙苑子 呈圆肾形或肾形,两侧偏,两端钝圆。长2～2.
Sha Yuanzi is a commonly used traditional Chinese medicine and it was first published in the “The Sketch”. Astragalus complanatus R. Brown is a dry seed derived from legume Astragalus complanatus R. Brown. It has the effects of warming up the liver and kidneys, dilating urine, and improving eyesight. In recent years, we have discovered in the drug quality inspection the use of the dry seeds of Solanaceae Datura Datura, L., and Anisodustanguticus (Maxim) Pasher in the dry seed mixture and in the Shayuanzi. In order to ensure the safe and effective use of drugs and clarification of medicinal materials, the crude drug properties of Shayuanzi and two counterfeit products are compared as follows for reference by peers. 1 Shayuanzi is round kidney or kidney-shaped, with both sides blunt at both ends.
