随着英语教育的低龄化,幼儿园英语教育发展得越来越快,更需要大量具备幼教化英语知识、技能和文化背景的师资力量。而现阶段高校学前教育专业的人才培养基本是单一的幼教走向,导致了幼儿园英语教育面临英语师资缺乏,而高校师资培养又空缺的两难问题,表现在学生英语水平有限以及教学思维陈旧固守两方面,必须改变高校学前教育人才培养模式,努力培养复合型幼儿教师;改变幼儿英语教学思路,将英语融入幼儿园五大领域教学活动,才能从理论和实践层面解决这一两难问题。
With the younger age of English education, kindergarten English education is developing faster and faster, but also need a large number of teachers who have the knowledge, skills and cultural background of English education. At present, the training of pre-primary education professionals in colleges and universities is basically a single direction of preschool education, which leads to the lack of English teachers in English education in kindergartens and the dilemma of teachers ’vacancies in colleges and universities. This is manifested in two aspects: the students’ English proficiency is limited and the teaching thinking is outdated , We must change the mode of preschool education personnel training in colleges and universities and try our best to cultivate compound kindergarten teachers. To change the pedagogical thinking of preschool children and integrate English into the teaching activities of the five major areas of kindergarten can we solve this dilemma theoretically and practically.
