本文在分析新常态下提质增效升级内涵的基础上,构建了包括经济稳定、结构优化、产业升级、质量效益、创新驱动、资源环境和民生改善7个一级指标的新常态下北京经济提质增效升级统计指标体系,并运用综合评价方法测算结果,对“十一五”以来北京经济提质增效升级进展情况进行实证分析,提出相关建议。
Based on the analysis of the connotation of upgrading and efficiency upgrading under the new normal, this paper builds a new economy under the new normal of seven first-level indicators including economic stability, structural optimization, industrial upgrading, quality benefits, innovation driven, resources and environment and people’s livelihood improvement. Improve the efficiency and upgrade the statistical index system, and use the comprehensive evaluation method to measure the results of the “Eleventh Five-Year” since the Beijing economic upgrading and efficiency improvement of the progress of the empirical analysis, put forward relevant recommendations.
