最近,我们对近百名已婚军官的家庭收入情况进行调查,发现配偶比军官收入高的家庭占21%。这种现象有其积极的作用,但也给军官及其家庭带来一些消极的影响,必须引起重视。一、奉献意识淡化。军官收入低于其配偶使军官直接感受到军队与地方在收入上的差距,容易使其心理失去平衡。少数军官为部队建设贡献青春的信念,被“收入低、工作苦”的观念代替,有的产生思调思走现象。有的在工作上马马虎虎,不思进取,为转业回地方创造“条件”。
Recently, we surveyed the family income of nearly one hundred married officers and found that 21% of the spouses have higher incomes than military officers.
