近几年我厂采用Ⅵ法冶炼各种炮钢,这种方法是采用碱性平炉与真空除气加钢包喷粉,使钢水净化,产品质量优于传统的双联法冶炼的炮钢。但在炮钢的生产检验中出现了一种特殊断口,即一种变形能力稍差,较基体颜色稍浅,宽窄不同的片状结构。这种断口在YB485-64炮钢低倍断口标准中没有标准图片,而与GB1814-79断口标准中台状断口特征相同。
