通过对葡萄试管苗不定根发生发育过程的外部形态及内部组织解剖研究发现,藤稔与全球红两品种葡萄在离体茎段培养诱导生根中表现差异较大,全球红在外源激素的诱导下能很好地发出不定根,而藤稔则诱导不定根较为困难,个体生根数目差异较大,且诱导出的不定根生长缓慢,愈伤组织大量生长。利用组织切片观察它们在根原基发生发育各个时期的内部组织结构,发现两品种不定根根原基起源部位相同,都是在形成层与髓射线交接处形成不定根原基,培养第6~8天开始不定根原基的分化,此后逐步进行根的组织分化。不定根的维管组织与茎段中的维管组织衔接很好。外观上的差异只是因为不同品种对激素的敏感程度不同。
The external morphology and internal tissue anatomy of adventitious roots of grape plants were studied. The results showed that there were significant differences in the induction of rooting between in vitro stems of Fujiminori and global red varieties. Global red could induce by root exudates Adventitious roots were well elicited, while adventitious roots were more difficult to induce by Fujiminori, and the number of rooted individuals differed greatly.
