尹洙(1001—1047),字师鲁,宋河南府(今河南洛阳)人。天圣二年(1024)进士,又中书判拔萃科。历知泾、渭等州,兼领泾原路经略公事,以贬死。著有《河南先生文集》。尹洙是欧阳修古文运动的前导。韩琦《尹洙墓表》曰:“文章自唐衰,历五代,日沦浅俗,寝以大敝。本朝柳公仲涂(开)以古道发明之,后卒不能振。天圣初,公独与穆参军伯长(修)矫时所尚,力以古文为主,次得欧阳永叔(修)以雄词鼓动之,于是后学大悟,文风一变,使我宋之文章,逾汉唐而蹑三代者,公之功为最多。”欧
