本文给出了对长间隙气体放电过程中各种粒子(电子、正负离子)的若干运动规律进行数值仿真研究的结果,如粒子在空间的分布、各种粒子的定向运动速度等,并将计算结果尽量与已有实验结果比较,证明了计算结果的可信性。对气体放电这一复杂物理过程用数字计算机进行计算分析尚属首次。气体放电的数字仿真方法为今后高压工程的研究提供了一与实验方法平行的方法。
In this paper, the numerical simulation results of some motion laws of various particles (electrons, positive and negative ions) during long gap gas discharge are given, such as the distribution of particles in space, the directional movement speed of various particles, The results as far as possible with the existing experimental results, proved the credibility of the calculation results. For the first time, it is the first time to calculate and analyze the complex physical process of gas discharge by digital computer. The digital simulation of gas discharge provides a parallel method with the experimental method for the future research of high voltage engineering.
