利用球孢白僵菌MZ050724菌株对榕母管蓟马Gynaikothrips ficorum成虫和若虫进行致病性测定。结果表明,球孢白僵菌MZ050724菌株对榕母管蓟马有明显的致病效果,成虫的累计校正死亡率最高为88.56%,致死中浓度(LC50)是2.2417×105个/mL,致死中时间(LT50)为4.52d。若虫的累计校正死亡率最高为83.46%,致死中浓度(LC50)2.9441×105个/mL,致死中时间(LT50)最小致死中时间(LT50)是4.85d。球孢白僵菌MZ050724菌株毒力测定表明具有很高的致病性,具有良好的应用前景。
The pathogenicity of adults and nymphs of Gynaikothrips ficorum was determined by using Beauveria bassiana MZ050724 strain. The results showed that Beauveria bassiana MZ050724 had obvious pathogenic effects on the mother of Thrips tabaci, the cumulative corrected mortality of adults was 88.56%, and the lethal medium concentration (LC50) was 2.2417 × 105 / mL. The time (LT50) is 4.52d. The cumulative corrected mortality of nymphs was 83.46%, the LC50 was 2.9441 × 105 / mL, and the LT50 LT50 was 4.85 days. The virulence of Beauveria bassiana MZ050724 strain showed high pathogenicity with good application prospects.
